Anne from Kilmarnock, couldn’t quite believe it when she received a call telling her she’d won the Local Hospice Lottery £10,000 Summer Super Draw!
“When we got the phone call I couldn’t quite hear the message and my son’s reaction was “Be careful this could be a scam”!” The family even called the hospice back to check”.
But this was far from a scam call – this was CHAS (Children’s Hospices Across Scotland) telling Anne she’s won an amazing £10,000 in our Summer Super Draw.
“It was amazing. The family were all there having a cup of tea when the call came through and my grandson decided to record it. The reaction from the family was a big cheer- It was a delightful surprise”
When asked how she plans to spend the money Anne said “There’s always something to spend the money on – maybe another wee holiday”
