“I really enjoy the group sessions with Yo-Yo. We went on an adventure day earlier this year, and I take part in the art and craft group days. It’s really helpful to come and socialise with other people in the same situation as you, because you can feel like you’re the only one going through something like that and it’s nice to meet other people who understand what it’s like.”
