On 8th July, Margaret was overjoyed to have won the incredible £10,000 Rollover prize by playing the Local Hospice Lottery in support of Highland Hospice!! No one knows when the Rollover will be won; it increases by £1,000 every week, so we can only imagine the delight Margaret must have felt when she received the phone call!
She started playing our lottery back in 2012 because she had heard from friends what a special place the Hospice is! This is lucky Margaret’s second win—the first was £10 in 2018!
She said, “I’ve only told my son so far but I intend to use the money to surprise the Grandchildren and will also donate some back to the Hospice”
Margret started playing the Local Hospice Lottery the same year Highland Hospice partnered with us, and thanks to supporters like her, over £2.7 million has been raised so far.
